PAYMENTS

We take payment for products online through Paypal, this offers yourself and us the best form of security. If you would like to pay by credit card you can do this through Paypal. We do not pass on Paypal fees, these are already considered within the cost of the products

By arrangement beforehand, we can offer payment on collection; either cash or credit card, or payments by bank transfer and cheque

 

POSTAL INFORMATION

*** European customers, please note: as the UK is no longer part of the EU, recent changes to taxation laws are affecting the way VAT is collected. As such you may be liable for a separate VAT import charge on any purchases. This is charged by your customs/border agency when a parcel arrives in your country and is something we have no control over. ***

If you would like to buy multiple items please contact us so that we can provide you with a quote. Postal costs are based on weight and cost of packaging

We use insured and trackable Royal Mail services for both UK Domestic and Worldwide services. Whilst we sometimes offer a lower cost standard postal option for the UK, if you are at all unsure of receiving your item we would recommend the insured service for greater peace of mind

If at your risk you would like us to send uninsured and the option is not displayed at checkout we can reduce the postal costs accordingly. Please contact us if you would like to do so

For insured services, in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing or is *damaged in the post, we may be able to offer a refund or replacement if stock is available. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement if you choose an uninsured delivery option

*In all events, if you accept a visibly damaged parcel, please ensure you sign ‘damaged on receipt’ and take photographic evidence of the damage before opening the parcel and inspecting the contents. Otherwise, we may not be able to make a claim against the postal services and refund/replace the product for you

We pride ourselves on the quality of the workmanship of our books and prints. For our commercially printed products we use trusted and experienced printers, binders and finishers. Our handmade creations are constructed from fine art quality materials and meticulously assembled, whilst still exhibiting the unique qualities of the materials and characteristics a personally crafted product brings.

In the event the product arrives flawed or not as per advertised specification then we offer a full money back guarantee. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of product to notify us in any such a case.

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not offer a ‘try before you buy’, ‘library service’ or refund in any other event.
